Job Introduction
Bure Park Primary School is looking to appoint three enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. .

The successful candidate will have:
- Flexibility in their working approach
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- The ability to work as part of a team, or as an individual if required
- Sensitivity to the needs of all children
- Educated to Level 1 or 2 in mathematics and English (GCSE, CSE or any other level one or two qualification) or an intention to complete them in the next two years.
- The skills to support children in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- A knowledge of phonics or a willingness to learn quickly (RWInc)
- The ability to learn on the job with guidance from experienced colleagues
- The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- To be able to attend staff training and meetings when required, sometimes outside the school day
- Knowledge and understanding of how schools work and the ability to support the learning of inquisitive minds through being able to plan next steps for learning, with the support of the class teacher
We have the following positions available -
- 1pm- 3.15pm Monday to Friday - term time only
- 31 hours - term time only
- 25 hours split across 5 mornings and 3 afternoons - term time only
