Teaching Assistant (Casual Worker Engagement) required for 1:1, as soon as possible.
Green Book Salary, Scale 4
9.15 am - 2.15pm Mon- Fri until July 2025
22.5 hours per week.
This role includes a 30-minute lunch break duty.

- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to engage with children and support co-regulation
- A sunny, cheerful personality
- Ability to work as a member of a team, and independently.
- A belief that all behaviour is communication.
- A commitment to support our positive behaviour management and natural consequences approach
