You will need to be:

• A teacher who is able to motivate and inspire pupils
• Have high expectations for children’s achievement and behaviour
• Work well in a team
• Have good communication and inter-personal skills
• Be able to work in partnership with parents and other stakeholders
• Have a sense of humour

• Hold QTS

You will have an important role to play in covering a Key Stage Two class, working alongside other members of the Key Stage Two team. The year group will be determined by experience and interest in discussion with you.
