  • An opportunity to work in a charitable organisation that is focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged children.
  • A competitive salary, a popular benefits and rewards programme.
  • The opportunity to work as part of a supportive team of staff, working with our incredible children.

What our staff team say is the best thing about working at Pegasus:

  • “We are a close and supportive team, who care about the well-being of others.”
  • “The CPD offered is of high quality, provided throughout the year and inclusive of all members in the staff team.”
  • “Our team is child-focused, enthusiastic and dedicated to improving the life chances of all the children we work with.

The right candidate will have:

  • Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and their families.
