EYFS – Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant – Full and Part time positions available

Job Introduction

We are looking to appoint Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our school in January 2025, working with children with additional needs in EYFS.  This is a temporary position, initially until 31st August 2025 with a view to it becoming permanent.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Highly motivated with clear expectations of the role
  • Experience of working within a school environment
  • Experience of working with children with additional needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and respect for confidentiality

Pay Grade 5 – £23,500 – £24,294 pro rata (actual salary £15,939 – £16,477) – pay award pending

Hours of work: 30 hours per week – term time only
