We are looking to appoint an experienced, Level 3 qualified, Early Years Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our school asap, working with children with high needs.  This is a Fixed term position, initially until 31st August 2026.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Highly motivated with clear expectations of the role
  • Experience of working within a school environment
  • Experience of working with children with additional needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and respect for confidentiality

Hours of work: 30 hours per week – 8.45am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday term time only – Grade 5 – £25,584 to £26,403 – pro rata – £17,352
