Salary Type: Support Staff

Salary Details: Grade 4: Points 4-5 (current FTE £23,114-£23,500 - approximate actual salary for 27.75 hours £14200 - £14430 per annum)

Hours of Work:

Position one: 27.75 hours per week, term-time only

Position two: 16.65 hours per week (over three days), term-time only

Job/Person Summary

Depending on the experience and skills of our applicants, we are open to flexibility within the roles available. However, the main roles required are detailed below.

· Class Teaching Assistants for Key Stage 1 and 2

St Leonard’s Church of England Primary School is a thriving school located close to the M40 jct 11 with 336 pupils on roll. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, talented and flexible Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team to start in January 2025.

Position one is temporary until July 2025.

Position two is temporary until July 2025 in the first instance, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The Class Teaching Assistant role/s will involve providing support for pupils through a combination of one-to-one, small group and class support.

Experience in similar roles would be an advantage, although training and development will be available for the right candidate.
