About the role
The successful candidate will:
Support high‑quality teaching and learning across the school
Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils make strong progress
Provide support for pupils with SEND, following guidance from teachers and the SENCo
Help maintain a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the wider life of our vibrant village school
