Job Introduction
The role of Teaching Assistant involves supporting children with their education; setting appropriate boundaries and liaising with families to get the best possible outcomes. You will have a good understanding of how children learn and will demonstrate a resilient and instinctive approach in meeting our pupils’ needs.
The role will involve supporting pupils 1:1, sometimes within a classroom environment or supporting in our enhanced pathway provision.
