Full-Time School Administrator

Contract/Hours: Permanent Contract, Full-Time (Term-Time Only, including INSET Days)

Salary Type: Support Staff

Salary Details: Grade 6

Hours of Work: 32 hours per week

Location of Role: Hart Street, Oxford

Job/Person Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated school administrator to join our team. The hours are 32 per week term time only , with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak, which takes it to 34 hours. We are looking for someone with excellent written and oral English, strong secretarial/ administrative and IT skills. Experience working within a school environment is an advantage but not essential. 

You will act as the first point of contact within the school, filtering both telephone and email enquiries, as appropriate, and taking/passing on messages to all staff in a confidential and timely manner.
