About the Role

This is a key role within the school’s front office. Reporting to the School Business Manager and Headteacher, you will:

  • Staff the school reception, greeting parents, visitors and contractors
  • Deliver a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage office systems such as email, word processing and processing deliveries
  • Maintain professionalism and calm, even during busy periods
  • Uphold safeguarding expectations and confidentiality at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Essential

  • Confident, organised and able to work under pressure
  • Skilled in everyday office systems (email, filing, data entry, word processing)
  • A strong communicator with a warm, professional manner

Desirable

  • Experienced in a school office or other busy public‑facing environment
