The Role

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary: MPS (depending on experience)

Reception Teacher Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a stimulating, well-organised indoor and outdoor environment
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Use high-quality observations and assessment to inform next steps
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within EYFS
• Strong knowledge of early reading, phonics, and child development
• Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management
