Premises and ICT Manager  

 

Salary £32,000 - £35,000 pa (Grade 8) - according to experience and qualifications 

 

Required as soon as possible 

Permanent, full time (40 hours per week), term time plus 4 weeks during school holidays 

Hours of work 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) 

 

Langford Village Community Primary School are looking for a motivated, well organised and experienced Premises Manager with excellent communication skills to fully undertake, lead and manage all premises related issues ensuring our school is maintained to a high standard at all times 

 

A primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the school complies with all aspects of health and safety policy so that our pupils can learn in a safe, secure and high-quality learning environment. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for the maintenance and development of the schools' buildings, grounds and ICT infrastructure, as well as day to day security, maintenance and practical caretaking tasks. 

 

The Premises and ICT Manager will report to the School Business Manager and be part of the school’s management team, will have line management responsibility for the school caretaker and work closely with external IT support and cleaning and maintenance contractors. 

 

The Premises and ICT Manager must be flexible in their approach; be solution focused and enjoy working alongside the wider school team to fully support the schools' needs and developments.
