We are looking to appoint an ambitious, highly effective and passionate class teacher looking to develop or further their career as a Phase Leader. You will have high expectations of what can be achieved by all children and a proven record of raising pupil attainment. Leading both a core subject and a team of teachers, you will be key in our journey to improve the outcomes for our children.
As Phase Leader you will:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others
- Lead on teaching, learning and assessment in your Phase Team
- Model excellent classroom practice, having high expectations of all
- Lead a subject
- Be an active part of our Leadership Team and help shape the future of the school
