We are recruiting an Assistant Head Teacher for September 2026, who will lead our fabulous Early Years Team. The position is class-based, with one day a week of release time (including PPA). The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher of EYFS with leadership experience.

The right candidate will have: 

  • Experience of leading a subject or area. 
  • EYFS teaching experience. 
  • Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and their families. 
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team. 
  • A positive outlook and a resilient nature. 
  • A commitment to developing their own, and others, practice as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of children with complex SEND.
