Learning Support Assistant (SEND Specialism)

Job Introduction

LSA starting salary, Grade 4, point 4 - £12.65 per hour - £24,404 FTE

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant with a specialism in Special Educational Needs (SEND) to join our warm and welcoming team from September 2025.

This role is likely to be based in Key Stage 1 and will form part of our September staffing structure. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of supporting children with significant additional needs and a genuine passion for inclusive education. While full-time hours are preferred, we are happy to consider part-time arrangements for the right person.
