KEY STAGE 2 CLASS TEACHER
We are seeking an exceptional Key Stage 2 class teacher to join our dedicated team at Clifton Hampden CE Primary School in September 2025. This is a fixed-term position for 2 years in the first instance and would suit an Early Career Teacher or a teacher looking for a new challenge in a different school setting.Enter your advert text here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity in our children
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils, ensuring they are supported and challenged appropriately
- Make effective use of assessment to monitor progress, set targets, and plan subsequent lessons
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment, with high expectations for behaviour
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school, developing positive professional relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience teaching in a mixed-age Key Stage 2 class
- A desire to contribute to the school's wider community involvement
