One KS1 and One KS2 Full Time Class Teachers

One role will be permanent and one role will be temporary for a year to cover a maternity leave
The staff and governors of Mill Lane School continue to strive to offer the best education possible for the children in its community. There is a real team ethos at Mill Lane Community Primary School where leaders and staff contribute to all aspects of school improvement and where all staff members are supported in their role.

We are therefore seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated teachers to join our dedicated and supportive team. The positions could be part time or full time and one would be ideal for an ECT looking to start their career in a small school where there is plenty of support and opportunities to develop your teaching career.

> liaise between staff, governors and the wider community
> demonstrate exemplary classroom practice
> promote strong links within the Community
> provide a caring, organised, well ordered and stimulating environment
> have high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
> provide creative, imaginative and inspiring learning opportunities for all the children
