Higher Learning Teaching Assistant

Job Introduction


The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint a full time HLTA to join our welcoming, friendly school from January 2025. This role will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for small groups or whole classes. This post would be perfect for an experienced HLTA who is considering a career in teaching and who is looking to gain their QTS accreditation via an apprenticeship or other route in the future.
