Are you passionate about inclusion?
Do you believe every child deserves the opportunity to flourish, regardless of need, within a caring and supportive school community? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking an inspirational and committed full-time class teacher to join our newly extended Enhanced Pathways provision, supporting a maximum of 10 children from our current Year 2 cohort as they move into Year 3 from September 2026. This specialist provision will be in place for at least three years and offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to deliver core curriculum learning through a social and emotional-centred approach.
About the Role

- Delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that prioritises emotional wellbeing alongside academic progress
- Working in our newly refurbished Community Room, purposefully designed to support enhanced provision
- Collaborating closely with a highly trained teaching assistant, the SENCo, and the Year 3 team to ensure strong links with the mainstream universal offer
- Benefiting from external specialist support during the first year from the Gallery Trust outreach team
What We Offer
- A rare opportunity to help shape and develop an exciting new provision
- Strong leadership and SENCo support
- High-quality professional development and specialist external expertise
