Bure Park Primary School is a large school in Bicester with a dedicated staff team working together to allow children to reach their full potential living the school motto “to be the best we can be”. We aim to achieve this by motivating with praise and encouragement to build confidence and self-worth; encouraging the development of positive relationships, self-discipline and respect and nurturing a fruitful partnership between home, school and the wider community.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate, inspirational and committed Deputy Head to join our school from September 2026. We are looking for a leader who is currently in a middle/senior leadership position (Phase Lead, Assistant Head or Deputy Head) who has a proven track record of excellence in education and leadership.
The post may incorporate a 0.2 teaching commitment.
