You will need to:

  • Have the ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire children, colleagues, partners and parents/carers with flair, sensitivity and consistently high expectations
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner and lead in KS1 or KS2
  • Enjoy a challenge
  • Be a lifelong learner, reflective and open to feedback
  • Be a creative, strategic thinker who works well as part of a collaborative team
  • Have a real commitment to supporting all areas of an inclusive ethos
