Salary: Pay £14.63 per hour (term time only pro rata)
Contract: Permanent / Part‑time
Hours: Breakfast Club: 7.30-8.45am / ASC: 3.30-6.00pm
Great Milton CE Primary School is seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Play Supervisor to join our Wrap Around Care team. This role covers Breakfast Club, After School Club, or both, depending on availability.

About the Role
As a Play Supervisor, you will:
Welcome children and help create a calm, friendly and inclusive environment.
Supervise play, support positive behaviour and build warm relationships with pupils.
Lead simple, engaging activities indoors and outdoors.
Support with preparing and serving breakfast (Breakfast Club only).
Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times, following safeguarding procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the provision.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys working with primary‑aged children and understands their needs.
Is warm, patient, positive and able to build trusting relationships.
Can lead play activities and support children’s social and emotional development.
Is reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a small team.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in a school, childcare or play-work setting.
Paediatric First Aid or Food Hygiene training (or willingness to train).
Experience supporting children with SEND.
