Are you a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant seeking a nurturing environment where staff wellbeing is cherished as deeply as pupil development? At Great Milton CE Primary School, we live our values daily — fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and love.

Come and join our amazing team. We are looking to appoint a caring teaching assistant to help support both individuals and groups of children with additional needs, including special educational needs.

The successful candidate will need to be resilient and have a flexible and patient approach to supporting children’s learning. Also, the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
