We are a happy, child-centred Infant School looking for a nurturing and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team. The position is for 30.83 hours per week (or part-time equivalent), term-time only. Whilst the hours outlined are preferential, we would still welcome applications from people with different availability as there is the possibility of some flexibility.
Our successful candidate(s) will be enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and high aspirations for children's learning and behaviour, consistently placing children at the heart of everything they do. Endless patience and a ready smile are an advantage! The successful applicant(s) will be supportive of the values of our church school and committed to our vision and ethos, ensuring everyone can become the best they can be.
Whilst we have some flexibility within our team, we would be particularly keen to hear from people with experience in the Early Years. Duties may require the successful candidate to be part of the delivery of specific special needs support for individual children which could include 1:1 work. You should be someone with flexibility, a positive outlook, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
