Job Introduction
Gateway Primary School are looking to recruit a new teaching assistant to support the teaching and learning of children across our school, including those with additional SEND.
The successful candidate will work with individuals, groups of children and classes throughout the day to support the learning in maths, reading, writing and across the curriculum.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A hard working, resilient, positive individual with a willingness to reflect and progress, who can contribute to a dynamic and hardworking team.
- A team player committed to delivering the very best for all of our pupils in our care.
- Have strong communication and written skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents.
- Have experience of working in a primary school, or recent work experience, where you have enthused and inspired children.
- Somebody who is committed to safeguarding our children and promoting the welfare of our pupils, with a caring approach.
