Part-time Class-based Teaching Assistant (Grade 5)

Contract/Hours: Permanent (or option of fixed term until July 2025)

Job Start Date: January 2025

Salary Type: Support Staff

Salary Details: NJC Grade 5

Hours of Work: Wednesday and Friday 8:30am-3:15pm, Thursday 7:30am-3:15pm (includes a breakfast club). Total of 19 hours, 45 minutes. Term-time only.

Combe CE Primary School is a vibrant village school, close to the Cotswolds but within easy commuting distance of Oxford and Witney. We are seeking a talented teaching assistant for January 2025 to join our friendly, dedicated staff team, in a mixed Reception/Year 1 Class.

Our new teaching assistant will assist our youngest pupils in developing a lifelong love of learning in a fun, ambitious and creative environment. We are proud of our unique school curriculum which inspires pupils to learn with curiously, challenge and creativity. Furthermore, we value the enrichment of our curriculum through off-site visits, visitors to school and learning in our wonderful outdoor environment.

The successful candidate will be a teaching assistant who has:
