Job Introduction

Would you like to contribute to the development and wellbeing of families and young children in

the diverse community of East Oxford?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, imaginative and flexible practitioner, with Early Years

experience, to run a weekly "Stay and Play" session in the purpose built former East Oxford

Children’s Centre. They should be able to work independently, manage other staff and

volunteers, liaise with the primary school, and record attendance and access to provision. Above

all, they should be able to engage with the diverse local community in East Oxford and bring

hard-to-reach parents into the setting, including through some outreach work.


The position is temporary, from October 2024 till April 2025 in the first instance, subject to further

funding.
