School Office Receptionist
17.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year – Monday to Friday (term time only)
8.30am – 12pm (3.5 hours per day)
GRADE 4
We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our lovely, small village primary school.
As the first point of contact in our school office, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering the phone, monitoring emails and providing administrative support to colleagues, with the support of our existing administrative team. You will welcome and sign-in visitors, receive deliveries, handle enquiries, and administer first aid to pupils. The role will involve using various online school systems, including Arbor and Office 365, with full training ang ongoing support provided.
The successful candidate will be:

- Professional and responsible with confidentiality
- Able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding children and an awareness of the responsibilities of health and safety
