Job Title: School Office Administrator
Location: Five Acres Primary School, Ambrosden, Bicester
Salary: Grade 4 £26,017 - £26,429 pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only + 2 training days [35 hours per week, 08:30 – 16:00 with half an hour unpaid lunch break]
Closing Date: 18th September 2026
Interview Date: 21st September 2026

As the friendly face of our school, you will play a vital role in helping our community thrive by welcoming visitors, managing school communications, and assisting pupils, parents, and staff.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and databases).
  • A warm, professional, and welcoming communication style.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and keeping children safe.
  • Experience using school systems like Arbor and ParentMail is highly desirable, though training will be provided.
