School Business Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our fantastic village school nestled within rural Oxfordshire. Charlton-on-Otmoor is a Church of England school at the heart of the community. Our school vision 'Aspire and Grow Together' is central to everything we do. 


We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, capable, enthusiastic and organised School Business Manager to lead

and advise on financial, development and personnel matters.


Our School Business Manager will have the opportunity to engage fully in the life of the school and bring their

expertise and skills to make a difference to this wonderful community of children, parents and carers, staff and

governors.


The successful candidate will lead and manage the school’s Finance, HR, Facilities, Health and Safety arrangements and GDPR. We are also looking for our new business manager to become one of our safeguarding

leads.

We would like to hear from you if you:

 Have a proven track record of financial management

 HR and facilities management skills and experience of related policies and procedures including Health

and Safety.

 Have high levels of self-motivation and adaptability, with the skills to work independently, think

strategically, prioritise and meet deadlines

 Have an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline

 Have a high attention to detail
