School Business Manager 

Grade: 12 (SCP 35 – 38)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £43,421 to £46,464 (FTE)

Working Hours: 37 hours a week (working times and working weeks to be negotiated)

Starting March 2025

St Swithun’s CE Primary School is offering an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced leader to join its Senior Leadership Team from March 2025. There is a strong culture of learning and collaboration across the school, and we are looking for someone who is a dedicated and highly motivated individual who has vision, resilience and a commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our children.
