We are looking for outstanding, energetic and inspirational individuals to join our Reception team as a grade 6 Teaching Assistants or 8 Early Years Support Worker to support children in whole-class teaching and small-group or individual interventions.
As a Grade 6, you will be expected to work in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher, work may include 1:1, small group work or interventions. As a Grade 8, you will also be expected to provide occasional whole-class cover. The right people will be dedicated to improving the outcomes for all children: emotionally, socially and educationally.

Grade 6 or 8 positions are dependent on qualifications and experience, for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during school term time, ideally starting as soon as possible.
Candidates for a Grade 6 position may have little or no experience but are quick learners and keen to do well.
Candidates for a Grade 8 position should have experience working in an early years setting and a suitable EY qualification, and both roles require those who are committed to developing children academically, socially and emotionally.

Grade 8: £16.62 ph; £21,978 (Actual)
