Part-Time Teacher (0.2) – Year 3/4 Mixed Class

Are you passionate about inspiring young learners and creating a nurturing classroom environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our caring team at Dry Sandford Primary School.


Our school prides itself on a child-centred approach and is guided by our core values of Kindness, Creativity, Determination and Respect. These values shape everything we do – from the way we teach to the way we support each other as a team. You will be teaching a mixed Year 3 and Year 4 class every Friday, working alongside a welcoming and supportive staff team who share a commitment to providing high-quality education in a warm, inclusive setting.


There may also be opportunities for either regular or occasional teaching cover opportunities across the school, if the successful candidate is interested.


The position is initially available on a temporary basis until 31st August 2025, with the potential to be extended or made permanent.

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents and build positive relationships with pupils
