Manor Primary School are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office, providing vital support to staff, pupils, and parents alike in a vibrant and supportive school community.

Your opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Office Administrator to join our friendly school office team on a part time basis. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the front office. You will provide high-quality administrative support to staff and the senior leadership team, manage school communications, maintain accurate records using key systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, and play an active role in supporting pupil admissions, processing invoices, first aid, and general office duties.

What we're looking for:

  • Office experience (in a school would be desirable but not essential) 
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Reliable, proactive, and discreet
  • Friendly and welcoming manner

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Associate 2.1 - £23,651 FTE Actual Salary: £16,955

Hours: 8:30am - 2:30pm (30 hours per week) term time + Inset days (39 weeks) 

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 13th February 2026 at 9.30am

Interview Date: TBC
