Job Introduction
The Governors wish to appoint a temporary part-time HLTA to join our caring and happy village school. The position will be for 3 days a week (8.30 – 3.30).
Aston and Cote C of E Primary School is a good school with friendly staff as well as delightful, engaged pupils and supportive parents. Starting on 1st January 2025, this is a temporary position.
The successful applicant will:
- Have an understanding of, and commitment to, safeguarding
- Care passionately about the well-being and progress of all children
- Be full of enthusiasm, warmth and energy with a good sense of humour
- Be positive and able to work well as part of a team
- Be well organised with good communication skills
- Promote the Christian ethos and values of the school
- Have experience of supporting a child with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs
- Plan for and lead whole class teaching (under supervision) as and when appropriate, including PPA cover
