Job Introduction
St. Andrew’s Church of England Primary School is popular school, set at the foot of the Chiltern Hills amid stunning grounds. The School’s vision is central to all that we do:
At St Andrew’s CE Primary School, we aim to bring children to a place where they can realise their full potential. Our Christian values are the foundation of all we do and each one is a facet of the central value, love, which ‘always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.’ (1 Corinthians 13:7) Protect, Trust, Hope and Persevere
In a recent inspection by Ofsted inspectors noted, “Pupils enjoy being part of this friendly and welcoming school. The school ensures that pupils behave with respect and tolerance. Relationships between pupils and staff are positive and mutually respectful.” St. Andrew’s is also graded “Excellent” in the SIAMS inspection. The report states, “St Andrew’s exemplary curriculum is ambitious and challenging. It encourages a growth mind-set that allows everyone to learn from their mistakes. Therefore, pupils become resilient learners with a positive approach to challenge.”
