West Oxford Community Primary School is a small, happy and inclusive local authority maintained school at the heart of the community and close to the centre of Oxford. It is a school that maintained an Ofsted rating of good in its 2023 inspection. The governors, staff, children and parents of our successful school are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed headteacher.
We are looking for a Qualified Teacher who has:
- The ambition to improve outcomes for all children
- A passion and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning, with the energy, vision and ability to build on the school’s current achievements
- Excellent communication skills and a sense of fun
- The ability to inspire, challenge and support children, staff and parents
- A vision to develop strong links with the local community and other organisations
- A desire to promote art, music and sport for all children in our school
