Job Introduction

Family Liaison Officer

15 hours a week

Monday to Friday (8.30am – 11.30am with flexibility required)


Are you flexible, enthusiastic and committed to children’s education? 

Do you like to give the children in your care the support to access learning? 

Would you like to work to support families, and school staff, to ensure children can access education? 

Are you experienced with inter-agency working?

Are you a team player?

The Post 

The vacancy is for a Family Liaison Officer to work holistically and preventatively with families to improve children’s well-being and attainment, as well as to provide support for parents/carers and pupils at times of change and stress. You will have the skills to engage parents in supporting their children’s education.

 The Person 

You’ll be a team player, with a passion for working with children and families, and the ability to work as a member of the wider whole school team. A sense of humour is essential.
