Enhanced Pathways Teacher

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

Are you passionate about inclusion? Do you want all children, irrespective of need, to flourish within a caring and supportive school environment? If so, read on...

We are looking for a teacher to work within our Enhanced Pathways provision from September 2025.

In November 2024 we established a bespoke provision within our new building 'The Harbour' to support a group of children with C&I and SEMH needs. This provision has  been staffed by highly trained teaching assistants overseen by the SENCo, working closely with external professionals including: the C&I Team, Mulberry Bush Outreach and OXSIT. The difference that this provision has made to the children who have accessed it, both educationally and social and emotionally has been something we are very proud of.

From September 2025, our provision is able to continue and expand due to a successful Enhanced Pathways application to Oxfordshire County Council. Funding as part of the Enhanced Pathways now enables us to have a teacher take full responsibility (supported by the SENCo and highly trained teaching assistants) of this provision.

Please do give us a call if this is a job that interests you - 01993 843124.

Visits to the school are welcomed and recommended.
