Early Years SEN/General Teaching Assistant combined with an After School Club/Breakfast Club Manager

We are looking to appoint an experienced Level 3 qualified EYFS Special Needs Teaching Assistant and an After School Club/Breakfast Club Manager.  These roles are separate contracts which have been combined to meet the needs of someone wanting a full-time position.  We are conscious of the Oxford traffic and can offer flexible working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.45am.

Breakfast Club: (management only – attendance only required to cover sickness absence) – 8.00am – 8.45am – Monday to Friday- flexible working time to be used for planning and administration on site or at home – (3.75 hours per week).

EYFS SEN/General Teaching Assistant  involves supervising and providng particular support for pupils, including those with special needs in Early Years between the hours of 8.45am and 3.15pm – Monday to Friday – includes 1 hour lunch break (27.5 hours per week).

After School Club role needs an enthusiastic, passionate and flexible team player to lead, manage and develop the after-school club. Delivering high quality, creative play and care for the children in the club; planning the safe operation of the club and its staff, preparing and serving healthy snacks, communicating effectively with parents and carers, setting up and clearing the play setting. – Monday to Friday – 3.15pm – 5.45pm – (12.5 hours per week – attendance is required).

These are permanent positions, term time only – Total hours per week 43.75 – total pro rata salary for both positions = £26,640 

EYFS SEN TA salary:  Grade 5 – (£24,790 – £25,584) pro-rata = £15,413 – £15,906

After School Club/Breakfast Club Manager salary:  Grade 8  –  (£30,559 – £33,366) – pro rata salary = £11,227 to £12,258
