- Salary Details: pro-rata salary= £28,382.70 (FTE = £30,559)
- Hours of Work:
8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday (with a 45 minute break)
8:30am- 3:30pm Friday (with a 30 minute break)
a total of 39.5 hours per week.

Comper is a friendly, welcoming Nursery School for 2 - 4-year-olds situated in East Oxford- a famously vibrant and richly diverse part of Oxford. We are looking for passionate and energetic people who enjoy working with young children to join our staff team.
Our Early Years provision has a strong focus on purposeful play and highly effective adult led learning. Due to increased demand for places, we are expanding and are looking to recruit a passionate, committed, and energetic Early Years professional to join our team. The position is offered as a term time only, fixed term contract.
If you are:
- Qualified to NVQ L3 (play leader or early years qualification)
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent- this is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to safeguarding children
- A team player with lots of initiative who relates well to children and adults
- Energetic, creative and proactive
- Passionate about teaching and learning
- Committed to helping all children achieve excellent developmental outcomes
- Eager to work within a positive and supportive staff team
- Committed to inclusion and diversity
- Friendly, adaptable and approachable
- Able to maintain standards for health and safety in the workplace for yourself and others
- Self-reflective: eager to learn and develop your professional skills and knowledge and share your skills and knowledge to support others
