We care deeply about each and every child and look for the very best in our team to cultivate a lifelong love of learning. Our school is an inclusive team that never gives up on a child - no matter how complex or challenging that can be.

Leadership provides the impetus, support, and challenge to help everyone become better than they thought they could ever be. Our sense of purpose and determination to build innovative, inspiring, and highly effective practices across all levels of the organisation are an overwhelming driver and permeate everything that we do.

Wherever you are in your career we may have a position for you. We appreciate that whilst experience is important, will and determination to have a great impact on children’s learning is just as vital. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of creative, innovative minds who have the highest expectations for the children in their care.

Pegasus Primary School is part of United Learning, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life-changing education to children and young people across England. United Learning is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and shortlisted candidates will be subject to an online check.

We always appoint on merit, and we are open to discussing flexible working options.
