- Inspire and enthuse others
- Have a commitment to your own professional development
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusion
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
What we offer:
- A commitment to your professional development
- The chance to make a real difference within the school and the community
- Children who are keen to learn
- The support of highly motivated and supportive colleagues who are fun to work with
- Supportive parents
- Governors who are committed to the continuing development of the school and its staff
We strongly recommend visits to our school, where we will happily discuss the role, in particular the leadership opportunity on 01993 703651 or email office.3122@ducklington.oxon.sch.uk
A job description and person specification can also be found on our school website and to apply please email an Oxfordshire teaching application form to the school office. Please clearly indicate whether you are interested in the class teacher role or the deputy role.
