RAF Benson Community Primary School is predominantly a one-form entry school nestled within the heart of RAF Benson. We have a fabulous community who work with us to help us support our children and we really feel in the heart of such a special and unique community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher to join our team for a maternity cover position. The successful candidate will work across the school, contributing to a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and the leadership team.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Is passionate about teaching and has experience working in primary education.
Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Is adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Has a commitment to the welfare and development of all pupils.
