From 27th February 2026, we are seeking to appoint a talented class teacher to join our committed and supportive staff team. The role is part time 1 day per week (Friday), at our happy and caring school. We are looking for a class teacher with a passion for inspiring children, enabling them to make the best progress in all areas of the curriculum.The successful applicant will have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and will be able to inspire children in a caring, positive and creative learning environment.
We offer a very warm and friendly school environment with supportive colleagues,parent/carers and Governors.
OFSTED Report October 2022- This school continues to be ‘Good’ “Pupils love attending Charlton-on-Otmoor Church of England Primary School. Leaders and staff share high expectations for their pupils. Pupils rise to these expectations and are enthusiastic about their learning. Pupils and staff are proud to be part of this small village school.
