The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who is:
- Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a passion for helping children grow academically, socially and emotionally.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to make the most of available resources and create engaging, meaningful learning experiences for all students.
- Dedicated to professional growth, open to ongoing development, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Team leader who will work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture.
- Ambitious and interested in career progression, with a strong desire to develop professionally.
