At Appleton CE Primary School we are a passionate and supportive community of staff and students, committed to fostering a love of learning and helping all children achieve their potential. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teachers to join our team from September 2025. These positions are suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators. The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who is:

  • Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a passion for helping children grow academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to make the most of available resources and create engaging, meaningful learning experiences for all students.
  • Dedicated to professional growth, open to ongoing development, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Team leader who will work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture.
  • Ambitious and interested in career progression, with a strong desire to develop professionally.
