Are you: A passionate middle or senior leader who can do their best every day and who has the ability to inspire and motivate children and teams of teachers to reach their full potential?
You need to be a caring and ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering our stimulating curriculum to exceptional children.
We are looking for someone that has had a big role in developing teaching and learning in a school, you'll need to be sound of strategy, implementation and impact across a whole school and be able to show improved outcomes.
You’ll have a good understanding of statutory assessment across the school, including EYFS, and also have managed a core curriculum subject or been part of a team designing a new curriculum.
You’ll need to be forward-thinking, up-to-date on current educational research, particularly around how children learn, and willing to ‘get stuck in’.
You’ll need to be comfortable with and able to take our curriculum design and curriculum plans and enhance them rather than overhaul or redo.

Our teaching team is great and well supported by our middle leaders responsible for the standards in the team.
You’ll work with the Head Teacher on Curriculum standards and the middle leader (KS and Subject) on the standards in the phases implementing your action plans and reporting back to SLT and the governors.
We have: A track record of developing adults to be the best they can be includes four senior leaders who have gone on to be head teachers within the last five years, while a further three are either Assistant Heads or Deputy Head Teachers.
