We’re looking for a passionate, proactive individual to join our front-facing team, where no two days are the same. From supporting staff and students to streamlining operations and helping shape the culture of our school, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Whether you're an experienced administrator or someone with transferable skills and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you. Experience is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Grade and salary will be dependent on experience, ensuring the role reflects your skills and potential.

Immediate start available, but we can be flexible depending on your current commitments.

Hours – 35 hours per week (8:00 am – 3.30 pm) Flexibility with hours and times may be possible for the successful applicant.

Term time only.

As a key member of our school office team, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the school. This varied and rewarding role includes:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors — providing a warm, professional welcome.
  • Managing accurate pupil records and maintaining school data systems.
  • Supporting finance procedures, including processing orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Overseeing attendance and admissions processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  • Assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and event coordination.
  • Supporting premises-related administration, including contractor coordination, compliance checks, and scheduling.
  • Managing calendars and ensuring effective diary planning for key staff and school activities.
  • Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
