The Headteacher and Governors of St Mary’s Primary School are seeking to appoint a permanent, efficient School Administration Officer.  The successful applicant must have excellent ICT skills, be a highly effective communicator and have a good standard of Maths and English in order to assist the School Business Manager with the efficient administration of the school office.

The post will be 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday (term time only) from 8.25am to 1.00pm.  18 hours and 20 minutes per week.  (18.33 hours).  This will include 5 INSET days.

Full training will be given to the suitable candidate.

The school is a Church of England school in the Cotswold town of Chipping Norton.  It is a popular school which has a diverse local community.  The school celebrates success and is rightly proud of the pupils’ achievements.  In the recent OFSTED (June 2024), the school was rated “Good” in all areas.
