St. Ebbe’s School are looking for a part-time teacher from 24th February 2025, to job-share for two days per week with an experienced teacher returning from maternity leave.
This post would suit someone who would like to work in a school that puts a very high priority on staff and child wellbeing and where the staff and leadership are kind and supportive. Perhaps you are considering a return to education after a break or simply fancy a change.
We are 100% committed to providing a high-quality play-based learning environment in our Reception and Key Stage 1. The classroom space is custom-designed for this age group, light with high ceilings and opens out onto a newly built outdoor area.
Central to our ethos at St. Ebbe’s is the notion that each unique child who steps into our school brings with them an undiluted curiosity, is full of questions about the world and has a thirst for learning more. Our pledge is that we will nurture and grow this during their time at St. Ebbe’s through building strong relationships and facilitating a curriculum rooted in creativity. Children and staff at St. Ebbe’s learn about things which matter and, as a result, are deeply engaged in learning.
Our working relationships are characterised by high levels of trust, and you will feel supported in your growth as a teacher as part of an experienced, happy, dynamic team and a supportive leadership team. Our mantra is, ‘No judgement, only learning’, within a culture that enables teachers to try new things and be supported.
